I would like to order the 250N, 100mm, 12mm/s product. First, how do I order the 250N product instead of the 500N product? Also, what is the max load speed and the no load speed?

It's stepper motor linear actuator, the output pull force is speed related.

7mm/s can reach 500N and when 12mm/s only 250N.

And the speed is controlled by your stepper driver and the power supply you used 12V or 24V, the output pull force and the max speed are different.
