First of all, before starting the 3D printer printing, do some necessary checks: if the nozzle is blocked or damaged, whether the connection lines of each part are normal, whether the motor bearings and guide rails are short of oil, and whether the platform is calibrated. The remnants in the nozzle should be cleaned immediately, and the parts should be replaced in time if they are damaged or aged. Regularly add the lubricant to the moving parts and tighten the nuts.

Secondly, during the printing process, the 3D printer should not set the parameters beyond the limit of the equipment. Otherwise, it will not be able to print out qualified products. Excessive temperatures or excessive loads will also damage the equipment.

There is also a place where you find something is wrong during the printing process. If necessary, you must stop the machine. Do not continue to work because the device has been reprinted due to concerns about stopping.

Finally, the cleaning work should be done after the printing is completed. The dirt on the nozzles, platforms, guide rails, motors, fans, etc. of the 3D printer should be cleaned up, and it should not be accumulated for a long time to cause the last bad cleaning.
