Students at West Michigan Airways recently received a fairly loving extracurricular 3D printer application. Their task was to create a prosthetic limb for a city hen that lost both feet and help the hen realize the dream of walking.

After about 30 different design studies, students found a perfect prosthetic 3D printing solution. Although the hen learned to walk well in the event of injury, the new prosthesis provides more stability, so she can more easily inhabit in winter, walk more comfortably and easily bypass.
